How to use?

1. Add your instant oats and 230ml of water into a shaker.

Im not really an oats person, but this Blue Berries flavour Instants oats taste so goooood!

Loved the taste

Loved the taste. Esp the Mixed Berry. There is however one complaint. Bought the shaker as well but it's not easy to drink from. There is no air vent so it's stuck like a vacuum. Had to open the cover to drink from it.

Artificial sugar is a little too sweet

Artificial sugar is a little too sweet. Come in handy when other options are not available e.g. rushing to work.

Don't over doing it

Been drinking the protein liquid meal. So far so good. Taste great. But for this instant oat I have doubts about the ingredients. Instant oats is apparently bad for you, it breaks down into glucose molecule faster because it's processed dried fruits, cookies, all have sugar in it. Even with the stevia added. It's like a bag of sugar.

Nice and Fruity

Trying and loving the new instant oats. Cookies and Cream is my favourite flavour, but Mixed Berries is not bad either!
