Processing Time
All orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates are in business days, excluding holidays and location. Orders placed on weekends, during high-volume sales, or on holidays may take longer to process.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
West Malaysia:
Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
Shipping Cost: RM 7
East Malaysia:
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
Shipping Cost: RM 18
Delivery estimates will be provided during the checkout process.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we will not be held responsible for these delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number or tracking link, which you can use to monitor your order.
The tracking number will be active within 12 hours of receiving the email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Modern Surf Sdn Bhd - TasteBudds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Modern Surf Sdn Bhd - TasteBudds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
