What is TasteBudds?
TasteBudds is a home-grown Malaysian brand creating modern food with Malaysian flavours 🌺
From meal replacement shakes to pure natural honey, we create them in the most convenient format for for the busy lifestyle of the modern person 🧑💻
At TasteBudds, we aim to help you get more done in less time without compromising on the quality.
Where we founded?
We are a start up brand from Kuala Lumpur where we focus on consumable wellness products in a modern format, perfect for the modern busy lifestyle.
All our products are Muslim-friendly and produced in 100% Halal certified facilities.
Are we Halal?
All our products are manufactured in halal certified facilities, which are required by law to only use halal ingredients and halal means throughout their manufacturing facility.
However, we as a start-up are not halal certified ourselves, therefore we cannot officially certify our products as halal although they are manufactured in a halal manufacturing facility.
Shipping Information
🚛 Do we offer same day delivery?
Yes, for the same day delivery or urgent order, please contact directly with our customer service in WhatsApp (+60102718971).
As we’ll have to issue you an invoice and you’ll have to make payment via bank transfer.
After that you’ll have to organise a Grab/Lalamove from your end to pick up your order.
🚛 Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. Nevertheless, we are working towards shipping to more countries in the future. Be the first to know by joining our mailing list!
🚛 How much does shipping cost?
West Malaysia: RM7
East Malaysia: RM18
Free shipping for any orders above RM150, includes East Malaysia as well.
🚛 How long does the delivery take?
West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
East Malaysia: 3-7 business days
All orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates are in business days, excluding holidays and location. Orders placed on weekends, during high-volume sales, or on holidays may take longer to process.

After your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email where a tracking code and url will be provided.

We will try our best to change the delivery address for you if your order is not yet processed by our warehouse.
However, do bear in mind that our warehouse arranges for dispatch very soon after orders are received.

🧾 I’m not sure if my order was successful, what do I do?
If you're uncertain about whether your order was successfully paid for, please check your payment account for a confirmed charge associated with your order. Remember that a pending charge does not indicate a confirmed payment.

🧾 Can I cancel or edit my order?
Our warehouse fulfils orders as soon as possible to ensure everyone receives their orders quickly. However, in the event that we've not processed your order just yet, you can still cancel or amend your order. So if you have a change of mind, please contact us as quickly as possible!
🧾 Can I make a return?
We are sorry to hear that you need to make a return. Generally, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our product. However, return issues are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please take a look at our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

As part of our Return & Refund Policy, we do allow returns with photographic evidence provided.

❓ How much caffeine is in one pack of TasteBudds Matcha liquid meal?
Each pack contains 59.75mg of caffeine which is roughly equivalent to the amount of caffeine found in one cup of brewed green tea.
Keep in mind that individual tolerance to caffeine varies, and factors like age, weight, and sensitivity can influence how it affects individuals.
❓ Is TasteBudds liquid meal a weight loss product?
Although our Liquid Meals are not designed as a weight-loss product, they can definitely help you with your weight-loss goals as it’s low in calories, high in protein, has all the essential nutrients of a proper meal, and keeps you full for up to 4 hours!
Our Liquid Meals can be viewed as more of a weight-management tool which can help replace a meal if you’re too busy (or even too lazy 👀) to make one yourself and maintain a calorie deficit to help with weight loss, or you could have a Liquid Meal in addition to your usual meals to put yourself in a calorie surplus to help with weight gain too. The possibilities are endless!
❓ Can I use hot water to mix the liquid meal?
Yes, you can as we use heat-safe plastic pouches, but it is not recommended for our liquid meal. It's best to use cold, room temperature, or warm liquids (around 40°C).
This is because higher temperatures can denature the protein, which may lead to clumping and improper mixing, potentially resulting in the wastage of protein powder.
