Can I earn points for actions and purchases that I've done before the Buddy Rewards program was established?
Sorry, existing customers will not be able to earn points for actions and purchases made before the establishment of the Buddy Rewards program.
Do points expire?
Yes, they expire after 12 months from your most recent order.
Can points be transferred or refunded?
Sorry, points are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There's no limit to how many points you can earn, and the more, the better!
How can I track my points balance?
Just log into Buddy Rewards, and you will be able to check your points.

Can I make offline redemption at any offline outlets?
No, the rewards are only available via the TasteBudds Official website.
Is the program subject to change?
TasteBudds reserves the right to amend the Buddy Rewards terms and conditions at any time.

Buddy Rewards - Terms & Conditions
- Get 2 points for each RM1 spent in TasteBudds Official Online Store. Gift cards are not eligible for points.
- Points collected can be used to redeem specific E-Coupon denominations for online purchases only.
- Points collected will expire after 2 years from the date they are granted.
- Points collected are not transferable to another Buddy account.
- Points collected cannot be merged with points from another Buddy account.
- Upon the redemption of any specific E-Coupons, points will be deducted automatically from your Buddy Point Account.
- E-Coupons redeemed are not exchangeable for cash or refunded back into points in any case, such as refunds.
- Points will be given only for purchases made after membership sign-up.
- Discount codes cannot be stacked, used with ongoing promotions, and are not exchangeable for cash.
- E-Coupons are valid for the days stated in each voucher. Voucher validity will be displayed in the BuddsReward program.
